Breeders of quality Australian Cattle Dogs of Canadian, American and Australian Champion Bloodlines. We breed for type, temperament and the ability to produce a dog that can do it all.

After having Dobermans for 35 years, it was becoming apparent they were becoming too much for me to handle. So I started doing some research to find a breed that would match the Doberman in spirit, loyalty, and a sense of humour and found that the Australian Cattle Dog fit the bill perfectly! And I got it right!

On a cold October day in 1999 we got our first ACD, a 6 month old juvenile delinquent and we haven’t looked back since! He was just to be a pet here on the farm and to watch over us while my husband, Glen, was away, but then came an invitation to Cowtown in 2000 and we decided to show Billy Ray. Well, that was the start of where we are today. We got the show bug!

Since then, our dogs have become our passion in the show ring, herding arena or just hanging out in the family room watching TV. We have also been very lucky to have met some great ACD friends and a couple of extraordinary mentors to help us along the way. We are very proud that our dogs have excelled in the show ring, the agility ring and being the best friends they can be to their owners.

We are not a mass producer of puppies, only having 6 litters to date. Our goal is to produce a healthy puppy that will bring a lifetime of love and good things to their owners. I am a code of ethics breeder and we test our dogs for hip dysplasia, PRCD, and deafness (BAER testing).

If we consider breeding any of our dogs, it will be to dogs that have been health tested and will bring the best they have to offer. If and when we do have a litter, puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract guaranteeing their health and temperament. They are Canadian Kennel Club registered, micro chipped, vaccinated, dewormed, BAER tested and dew claws removed. We strongly recommend that the new owner take the puppy to obedience classes which helps strengthen the bond between the pup and owner. We also will always take a dog back as we brought them into this world and are responsible for them for life. Potential owners are screened and references are required.

Our dogs are a part of our family and our puppies are raised in our home and are like grandchildren to us. Loved and raised with all the best!
